350-page decision by U.S. District Court in copyright infringement suit brought by publishers against University based on placement of texts in electronic reserves (e-reserves). The court finds that only five of the 99 alleged instances of infringement in fact violated plaintiffs’ copyrights, while all other instances constituted fair use.
