ACUA’s Institutional Compliance Survey, Part II: Federal Sentencing Guidelines

ACUA’s survey attempted to glean from the respondents some detail as to the extent universities are aware of and have adopted the elements of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines (FSG).  This article includes a summary of the FSG’s seven elements of an effective compliance program and some of feedback generated from the survey.
