The Higher Education Compliance Alliance
was created by the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA), in partnership with thirty other higher education associations, to provide the higher education community with a centralized repository of information and resources for compliance with federal laws and regulations.

Welcome to the Higher Education Compliance Alliance (HECA) web site. Over the summer, HECA worked with 31 participating organizations to complete the quarterly review of the compliance materials featured on the web site. That process is now complete. Check out the web site for new and updated resources!

Join NACUA in Washington, DC from November 11-13, 2015 for a Workshop on College and University Compliance Programs: Now and For the Future. In addition to plenary sessions addressing national policy developments and activities relating to the regulatory process, panelists will cover emerging issues and new challenges related to a wide range of topics, including data security, lab safety, export controls, and public safety compliance.
